Refund Policy
Damaged goods that have been broken as a result of shipping must be returned within 10 working days of the initial delivery. We do not refund the shipping charge. Send via ground shipment postmarked within 10 days from date of purchase.
Damaged returns of any kind must be authorized via e-mail. Unauthorized claims or returns will be refused. We will let you know where to send the shipment. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned/damaged products.
